     JCC records that deal with confidential matters are not public except in limited circumstances governed by state statute. However, the following JCC records are available to the public. GRAMA Requests


     The Government Records Access and Management Act (“GRAMA”) is Utah’s version of the federal government’s Freedom of Information Act. If you would like to review or obtain copies of JCC records, you may call the JCC and speak to the executive director, or you may submit a GRAMA Request form. GRAMA Request forms may be submitted in person, by mail, or by e-mail.
